We offer a 7 day return window from the date of delivery for damaged or defective items. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. You must upload an unboxing video along with original photos of the product to be eligible for a return or exchange. 5. What happens if my order is returned to origin (RTO)?
If a delivery fails after multiple attempts, it is returned to us. We can "reship your order" once the address is verified, though additional shipping charges may apply.
