Shipping policy

At The Girivara, we deliver across India and to select international locations, partnered with trusted logistics providers to make sure your jewellery reaches you safely and on time.

Order Dispatch

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 working day. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. If there is any delay in processing, our team will notify you promptly.

Cash on Delivery Confirmation

For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may call or message you to confirm the order before it is dispatched. This helps reduce failed or returned deliveries. If we're unable to reach you for confirmation, dispatch may be delayed until the order is verified.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, we share a tracking link and AWB number by email so you can follow your order in real time.

Delivery Within India

Deliveries typically take 2 to 3 business days for metro cities and 5 to 7 business days for non-metro locations after dispatch. A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is required for OTP-based deliveries. If the OTP is not confirmed, the package may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the order.

International Delivery

International orders typically take 15 to 20 business days from the order date. As packages pass through multiple checkpoints, occasional delays can happen; contact us at help.girivara@gmail.com for any assistance. International shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight. Shipments are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning import duties, customs charges, and local taxes are the customer's responsibility. Unpaid charges may result in the package being held at customs or returned, and in that case shipping and return fees are non-refundable.
