Shipping Policy

How fast we dispatch
Every order is dispatched within 1–2 working days from our Mumbai facility. You will receive tracking details on your email and phone as soon as your order ships.

Delivery timelines

  • Metro cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days after dispatch
  • We currently deliver across India only.

Shipping charges

  • Orders below ₹1,499: ₹79 shipping fee.
  • Orders of ₹1,499 or more: FREE shipping.
  • These shipping charges apply to both prepaid and COD orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across India.
  • COD orders carry an additional ₹50 COD fee, separate from any applicable shipping charge.
  • For COD orders below ₹1,499, the shipping fee is ₹79 plus the ₹50 COD fee, totalling ₹129 in charges.
  • For COD orders of ₹1,499 or more, shipping is free and only the additional ₹50 COD fee applies.

Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or SMS. If tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours of dispatch, write to us at help.girivara@gmail.com with your order number.

Changing your delivery address
You can change the address if your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Email help.girivara@gmail.com immediately with your order number and the new address — we'll update it if the parcel is still with us.
