All products undergo quality checks before shipping. We are not liable for damage arising from misuse of our products, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or logistics disruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Girivara's total liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, product designs, and brand assets, belongs to The Girivara and is protected under applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially use any part of this Site without our prior written consent.

Damaged Products and Missed Deliveries

See our Refund and Shipping Policies for details on damaged products and missed deliveries. Our logistics partners make up to three delivery attempts; undelivered orders are returned to us, and re-shipping carries an additional ₹200 charge. COD orders that are returned will only be re-shipped once payment is made in advance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
