Track Your Order

Here's everything you need to know about tracking your order from dispatch to delivery.

How Tracking Works

Once your order is dispatched, usually within 1 working day of placing it, we send you an email with your tracking link and AWB (Air Waybill) number. Click the link in that email to see the live status of your shipment at any time.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Within India, metro cities typically receive orders in 2 to 3 business days after dispatch, and non-metro locations in 5 to 7 business days. International orders typically take 15 to 20 business days from the order date, and occasional customs delays can happen along the way.

OTP Verified Delivery

Deliveries within India are OTP verified for security. You'll receive an OTP by SMS when the delivery partner arrives, so make sure your registered mobile number is reachable around your expected delivery window. If the OTP isn't confirmed after multiple attempts, the package is returned to us, and a re-shipping charge will apply if you'd like it sent again.

International Orders and Customs

International shipments are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning import duties, customs charges, and local taxes are collected on delivery and are the customer's responsibility.
