International Shipping

We currently ship The Girivara jewellery to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, United Arab Emirates, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

Delivery Timeline

International orders typically take 15 to 20 business days from the order date. Since packages pass through multiple customs checkpoints along the way, occasional delays can happen and are usually outside our control.

Shipping Charges

International shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

All international shipments are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning import duties, customs charges, and any local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are collected on delivery. Please be prepared to pay these charges to release your order from customs in your country.

If Customs Charges Are Not Paid

If import duties are not paid and the package is returned to us as a result, we are unable to refund the original shipping charges, and a new shipping charge will apply if you would like the order reshipped.

Tracking Your International Order

Once your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link and AWB number so you can follow its journey in real time.
