How to care for your jewellery
- Wear it last and remove it first. Put it on after perfume, lotion and hairspray, and take it off before bathing or sleeping.
- Keep it dry. Water, sweat and steam can dull the finish and loosen stone settings.
- Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after each wear.
- Store each piece separately in its pouch or box, away from damp.
- Avoid pulling or tugging, especially on heavy sets and jhumkas.
- Skip polish, cleaning liquids and ultrasonic cleaners.
Demi-fine jewellery
Our demi-fine pieces are 18K gold-plated — they have the look of fine jewellery but are not solid gold. Plating naturally softens with regular wear, water, perfume and sweat. This is normal wear, not a defect, and isn't covered under returns. Follow the care steps above and the finish lasts longer.
Our promise
Every piece is checked before it leaves us. If something is not right, we will make it right.
- Damaged, defective, wrong or missing item: report it within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video and original photos. We reply within 24 hours and replace it. If a replacement is unavailable, we give store credit for the value of the item.
- Exchanges are allowed once per order.
- Not covered: normal wear, damage from water, perfume or chemicals, accidental damage, and repairs by third parties.
